Recruitment Manager- New York - Banking Salary $150K Full Benefits   Our client is a Global Investment bank with offices in New York  The client seeks an Investment Banking Recruiter. The .responsibilities of this role are: • Developing strategy for Investment Banking hiring from Analyst to Managing Director level • Develop relationships across the Investment Banking business • Manage a  team of recruiters • Source and screen candidates via numerous sources including but not limited to: Referrals, direct sourcing and agencies • Serve as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, generalists and vendors • Solid understanding of recruitment metrics • Negotiate offers and offer advise to hiring manager The successful candidate  will hold a bachelor's degree with at least 7 years experience in a high volume corporate environment.
