Large firm is seeking and HR Manager to operate as a strategic HR Generalist supporting several non-union facilities in Tampa

Provides strategic thought leadership

HR guidance to maximize business performance

Directs and oversees implementation of all HR processes

Ensure the successful execution of the Organizations Effectiveness, Staffing, Leadership Development, and Employee Relations

Must have 7-10 years stable work history experience in:

Employee Management/Staffing/Training and Orientation

Maintain employee communication and connectivity

Building the necessary relationships to lead and develop

Facilitate Training and Development programs

Working closely with employees to understand and motivate employee morale

Promptly resolve any employee issues or organizational matters

Successfully develop and execute proactive operational procedures and strategies

Conduct wage analyses and monitor labor market trends to ensure competitive pay practices

Reinforce positive work environment strategies

Experienced in working with Affirmative Action Plans

Knowledge and experience with benefit programs: 401K, medical dental, STD, LTD, etc.

Excellent follow up and multitasking skills required
Over time may be required as needed
Degree strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal counseling and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
