Performs duties which may include interviewing applicants, generating EEO and other statistic analysis, conducting market analysis, planning, developing, costing and designing new HR programs, writing position descriptions, benefits brochures and/or personnel policies and procedures Requirements BS/BA in Ruman Resources Management/or Business Administration Minimum 5 years in employee relations experience in a fast paced HR environment required. Strong oral and written presentation skills required. Experience working in an HR generalist capacity is required. Must be proficient in excel and powerpoint. Requires strong customer service skills.
